Where is my order?


Orders usually ship out based on the shipping method that you chose when you check out. Once an order is placed, you will be receiving your shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24-72 business hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's site once received.




Can I cancel or edit my order?


As soon as you place your order, you are locked in and we will start working to get it delivered in! This means we will be unable to make any changes because your order is already being processed at the warehouse. You will need to place a new order or return any items that you do not want.




I received a faulty item what do I do?


We apologize for this inconvenience. To help fix this for you as fast as possible, when you first contact us please include the following information:

-Your name
-Order number
-Picture of the fault
-Description of the fault
